Basic Policy on Personal Information Protection
Kinki Building Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") fully recognizes that the management of personal information is a critical responsibility. In compliance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information," we have established this policy and will ensure that all employees are fully informed. We will continuously implement and maintain the management of personal information. The meanings of terms used in this policy shall be in accordance with the definitions set forth in the Act.


Purpose of Use
The Company acquires personal information such as name, address, birthdate, gender, telephone number, email address, place of employment, and job title when necessary for its business operations. Additional personal information may be acquired to provide services requested by our customers, etc.; provided, however, that our customers will be asked to provide such information in its own discretion in principle, except for some required fields. Personal information will be used only within the scope of the following purposes of use and will not be used for any purposes outside the scope of the following purposes of use in principle:

1. Performance of contracts related to real estate leasing, brokerage, agency, and management, as well as providing information and services related to these activities. Provision of various services such as operation and management of the Company’s facilities and response to various requests related to such services;
2. Performing operational management such as emergency response and crime prevention in the Company’s facilities;
3. Invitations and announcements for events organized, co-hosted, sponsored, or supported by the Company;
4. Providing information about stores, products, services, events, etc. related to the Company’s business;
5. Distribution of information and sending direct mail about events related to the Company’s business;
6. Responses to inquiries and requests for documents;
7. Market research and data analysis related to the Company’s business;
8. Other business operations of the Company; and,
9. Purposes stated in 3 regarding joint use with the parson stated in 1 below (regarding joint use).


Joint Use of Personal Data
The Company may jointly use personal data which it acquires with the following entity:

1. Person who may jointly use

2. Items of personal data that may be used jointly
Names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and other information that the Company acquires and that is necessary for Tokai Bussan Co., Ltd. to achieve the purposes stated below.
3. Purpose for which the person jointly uses
Provision of information and services related to transactions such as real estate sales, brokerage, leasing, and management, as well as sales activities via mail, telephone, and email.
